Hey guys! It's been a while, I hope everyone's doing well. I'm finishing up my first semester in a couple of weeks and am busier than ever.    It's true what they say: good grades, good social life, good night's sleep; pick any 2. Overall, everything is going well.

My drawing tablet is on its last legs now, I've had it for a few years and I'm surprised it's lasted this long to be honest. It's an old Wacom Graphire, which as far as I know they don't sell anymore. If I pick another one up I think I'd prefer another Wacom, so I was wondering if any Bamboo/Intuos owners can give me some advice. Much appreciated, my friends.

How the time flies!

20 marks the end of my teenager years, but I haven't felt like a teenager in a while so I don't really feel any different

Hey guys,

A little update on what's happening with me right now:

I'm almost done my second year, just final exams to go. Among the courses I took this semester are Genetics, Cell Biology, Biostatistics and Japanese. Overall this year I've done quite well, I just have to tough out the final stretch. It's been a lot of studying lately, I assume as soon as exams are over I'll be like, duuurrr how does one use free time again...? but I'm sure I'll find a way


We had a potluck for the last Japanese class, and my friend made cupcakes which I helped decorate:



Don't they look cool? It was a lot of fun.


A friend of mine introduced to the Professor Layton games, I managed to finish Curious Village in between my studying time. Apparently that's not even the best one, so I'm pretty excited to play the next two.

Also apparently I am extremely late in getting into the Draw Something app, but if you'd like to draw with me I'm 'gejimayo'. If you do add me do let me know you're from dA

Quick journal before I go to sleep

Today I was driving around town with JCurve100 and I noticed I was feeling unusually happy (not that I wasn't to begin with, but it felt a little different.) I looked up and instantly figured out what it was. A patch of blue sky! A bit of sunshine was letting through and the world didn't look so grey and sad, as it has for the past couple of months. Instant mood uplift!

I don't especially hate winter itself; change keeps things fresh and interesting. What I do hate is the grey winter sky. It saps the colours out of everything. You can probably tell from my deviations that I prefer a brighter, eye-assaulting palette, so it gets me down and moody when its like that outside. I'm really happy that we're getting an early spring.

I'm having quite a bit of fun planning and drawing out the comics, it's not really taking that much time and it makes a good study break. I'm still open to suggestions on what particular subjects I should address in the coming ones if you have one, leave a comment.

Hey guys! It's been a while since I've done any noticeable activity on here. You know how life gets so busy I'm currently in 2nd year of Honours Biology, and loving it. Between that and working weekends, I haven't had much time to draw. How abominable

However I do come with good news, I recently caught up on the Naruto manga. It's so good! I had stopped reading around the introduction of Pein. I can't believe how much has happened since. It's the only manga I'm following right now. Sorry Bleach :c (maybe if you had a little more GinIzu going on you'd keep me interested *shakes fists*)

Getting back into it has certainly sparked a few comic ideas, so I sketched a few out and I'm hoping to start uploading soon! A lot of Team Gai stuff, if you're a big fan like me I think you'll be happy I guess we'll find out if I'm still capable of being funny xD

I'm trying to jot down ideas as they come to me, so I'm also open to suggestions on what subjects in particular you'd like to see (e.g. Kiba's Obvious Crush on Hinata, Sakura's Lack of Real Character Development, Akamaru Pees on Everything Episode 1 ) If you got one, let me hear it. I'll try my best to give credit where it's due ^^

P.S. It all started when I played Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 at Rd-Momo's place, and I ended up buying it myself. It's a good game.
